SHIPPING

All domestic shipping is carried out through Australia Post eParcel which is a traceable and trackable service with signature required on delivery. Shipping is a charged at a flat rate per order no matter where you live in Australia. If you are a international customer and would like to find out how much shipping will cost for you, simply log in and view the shipping cost in your shopping cart. If our system doesnt provide pricing to your country or you have any questions please email us here. Current postage prices are listed below:

Express Delivery with Insurance - Free Australia Wide!
Delivered in 2 - 4 business days anywhere in Australia. Our fastest postage option. Insurance is taken out with Australia Post and covers you if the goods get lost or dont arrive.

International Post - Price varies per country
Delivered in anywhere around the world. International shipping is carried out through Australia Post which has the option of added insurance.  Please note express post international does not include insurance, however this can be arranged manually if required. When you checkout our system will provide you with an exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time based on your country and the total weight of your order.  If you have any questions please contact us.

FREE RETURN

Fashion Jeans is happy to exchange your jeans if unworn, undamaged and returned with the original tags within 30 days of purchase. We regret we cannot reimburse you for any postage fees incurred in your exchange and you may be liable for the shipping of the exchanged jeans.

STOCK

Whilst we always try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your products are damaged in transit please contact us to organize a replacement. We will require the damaged goods to be returned to us for inspection before any replacement is issued.

LIABILITY

At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post. Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery although we always endevour to get it to you quicker if possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will always endevour to follow up any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
