All our shipping options include postal insurance so if anything goes missing we will replace it with a brand new item.

2. order your items and change your shipping address to the address you want your items to be delivered to
My parcel is late, what do i do?
From time to time Australia post will hold your parcel for you at your local post office. Please contact your local post office to check if they are holding a parcel for you. If you dont have any luck please contact us and we will track your parcel down.
How long is the warranty on your products?
Your warrenty will depend on the type and brand of jeans you have chosen.

to exchange your jeans if returned unworn, undamaged and with the original tags
if returned within 30 days. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for any postage
fees incurred in your exchange and you may be liable for the shipping of the
exchanged jeans.
